Mr. Maloney, who studied industrial and organizational psychology, left his job as a therapeutic support staff worker and he and Mr. Trievel, a graphic design major, started Axelrad Printing in a small building at 212 Wyoming Ave. in Kingston in 2010. They moved into a building about five times the size at 152 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in Wilkes-Barre earlier this year.
