In Lackawanna County, bag pipers were among the marching units that took part in the annual Memorial Day parade in Taylor. Elsewhere in Lackawanna County, kids collected candy tossed from the various floats and marching units that made their way along the parade route at the parade Monday morning in Clarks Summit.
