Man to appeal conviction after suspended lawyer represented him

Kingston-based attorney Anthony J. Moses was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police say he crashed into a parked vehicle and fled the scene. Moses, 34, is facing two counts of driving under the influence of a Schedule II or III controlled substance, as well as one count each of failing to stop after hitting an unattended vehicle, driving the wrong way and allowing illegal use of a plate, court records show.
