A father and daughter involved in an 18-day crime wave in Luzerne County has pleaded guilty to charges of interfering with commerce by threats or violence, according to court records. Charles R. Conden Jr., 48, and Cindy Conden, 29, both of Hanover Township, entered their pleas in federal court in Scranton this week and are awaiting sentencing in a crime spree that included two bank robberies and hold-ups at seven local businesses.
