A father and daughter involved in an 18-day crime wave in Luzerne County that included a series of armed robberies have agreed to plead guilty to federal charges, according to court records. Charles R. Conden Jr., 48, and Cindy Conden, 29, both of Hanover Township, have plea agreements indicating they plan to plead guilty to charges of interfering with commerce by threats or violence.
