G. Scott Dietterick III, a former state representative and longtime civic leader in Kingston and the West Side, has died. He was 74. Dietterick, who died on Sunday following a battle with cancer, was remembered as a dedicated public servant and community volunteer by Kingston Mayor James Haggerty.
