A suspected drunken driver was arrested after a series of crashes on the North Cross Valley Expressway in Wilkes-Barre and Luzerne that ended in the Eagle Ridge apartment complex in Edwardsville this morning. The driver was apprehended when he struck a Kingston police cruiser in front of Building 11 in the apartment complex.
