A five-person committee appointed to review policies and procedures at Luzerne County's 911 center will meet for the first time today. The ad hoc committee's creation comes after discussion among members of Luzerne County Council about reviewing policies and procedures that were in place at Luzerne County 911 during two fatal incidents last year.
