Students from the Wyoming Valley West Senior High School attended the borough council meeting Monday night to present a special project concerning stormwater management. The presentation explained what stormwater and runoff water is, and how waste thrown onto the streets leads to the Susquehanna River, and ultimately, the Chesapeake Bay.
