A Kingston-based attorney arrested on drunken driving charges while awaiting trial on other drunken driving charges must equip his vehicle with an ignition interlock device, a Luzerne County judge ruled in a court document filed Monday. Earlier this month, Luzerne County prosecutors asked a judge to revoke the bail of attorney John D. Nardone, 55, of Shavertown, after learning he was arrested for DUI in Wyoming County in August while on bail for a June 2013 DUI arrest in Dallas Township.
