Street extension project in Wilkes-Barre finally reaching completion after more than 10 years

Mark Realty is funding construction to connect South Main Street and Pennsylvania Boulevard by extending Wood Street, said city spokeswoman Liza Prokop. Construction workers have been preparing the land for weeks.
