A man stalked a woman at an ATM in Kingston, then followed her down an alley and robbed her, police said. Kingston police said Van Davnes Johnson saw 50-year-old Debra Hopps withdrawing money from the ATM at the Turkey Hill on Main Street around 5 a.m. Friday.
