Artists of the Arts thru Abilities studio, a component of Commonwealth Health's Day Development Program located in Kingston, were on hand at the recent "Celebration of Abilities" sponsored by the Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services held at the Dietrich Theater, Tunkhannock.
