The second annual Max Fine Memorial 5K Race will be held at 10:30 a.m. April 21 in Wilkes-Barre. Race day registration and packet pick-up will be held at the Wilkes-Barre JCC, 60 S. River St., Wilkes-Barre, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. The race start and finish will be held at West Northampton and River Street.
