Former Wilkes-Barre editor hired as TT managing editor

Veteran newsman Joseph T. Butkiewicz has been hired to become the interim managing editor at The Times-Tribune in Scranton, Larry Holeva, executive editor of the newspaper, announced to the staff this afternoon.
