The man found dead in a creek over the weekend died of an accidental drowning, according to the Luzerne County Coroner's Office. Matthew Crane, 28, was found floating in Mill Creek near a bridge that separates Mayock Street in Wilkes-Barre from Oak Street in Plains Twp.
