Kingston police arrested Christian C. Mulroy, 20, of Kingston, on Wednesday after a two-month investigation into tips Mulroy had been dealing heroin in the Kingston and Edwardsville area. Police said Mulroy dealt the drugs out of his home at 327 James St. in Kingston and from another residence at 288 Hillside Ave. in Edwardsville.
