Jim Haggerty bested opponent Mamie Phillips in both the Republican and Democratic primaries on Tuesday, according to unofficial results, claiming 74 percent of the Republican vote and 56 percent of the Democratic vote. "I'm glad that our hard work paid off," Haggerty said Tuesday night.
