Project could make levee trail in Kingston safer

Ingrid Cronin knows firsthand how dangerous the area around Rutter Avenue and Church Street in Kingston can be for a cyclist. It's the place where a car hit her, knocking her out and sending her to the hospital before the driver fled the scene.
