Kingston Lions Club, in conjunction with the Kingston Citizens Advisory Commission, will host a fundraising happy hour cocktail party from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 28, at The Gallery at Pierce Street Deli. The event will be held to raise funds for an Expression Swing to be placed at the tot lot on Schuyler Avenue, Kingston.
