Police on Tuesday caught a man who they say broke into and stole from a Kingston restaurant where he once worked last month. Louis Atcavage, 35, was arraigned Tuesday on felony counts of burglary and criminal trespass and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and possessing an instrument of crime.
