Mr. and Mrs. Francis J. Hoegen of Kingston announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lael McLaughlin, to Eric Richard McGann, son of Kevin J. McGann of Ridgewood, N.J., and the late Stephanie McGann. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Christine Jeffrey McLaughlin and the late Thomas V. McLaughlin of Wilkes-Barre and the late Peter J. and Maureen McGovern Hoegen of Kingston Township.
