A Luzerne County judge on Friday set bail hearings to re-evaluate the half-million-dollar bail Magisterial District Judge Joseph D. Spagnuolo Jr. set this week for two men accused of defrauding Mohegan Sun Pocono out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. The casino's former vice president of player development, Robert Joseph Pellegrini, 50, of 503 Robins Way, Fairview Township, and gambler Mark Joseph Heltzel, 51, of 21 Rice Court, Dallas, are accused of stealing nearly $420,000 from the casino.
