A man who pleaded guilty to selling a stolen gun to a convicted felon in Kingston earlier this year has been sentenced to nine years in prison, according to the U.S. Justice Department. James Pavlichko Jr., 30, was sentenced on Thursday in federal district court in Scranton, after he had previously pleaded guilty to weapons charges in July, the Justice Department said in a news release.
