The race to become Luzerne County's next district attorney will end in a little more than two weeks when voters hit the polls to decide who they feel is best suited for the office. Stefanie Salavantis, the 33-year-old Republican incumbent, was a newcomer on the legal scene just four years ago when she upset former district attorney Jackie Musto Carroll to become the county's top prosecutor, but she says she has quickly learned what it takes.
