Tony Brooks for Wilkes-Barre City Council District B will host a meet-and-greet from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Margarita Azul at 91 Parrish St. The event is free, with complimentary refreshments. All are welcome, including candidates and elected officials regardless of party and office.
