U.S. Marshals arrested a former Kingston man in Florida on Thursday for failing to register as a sex offender. Damen Clark, 35, was taken into custody without incident at a home in Clearwater, Florida, on Thursday morning and turned over to local officials for extradition proceedings, the U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release.
