Jazz concert planned on the River Common

The Wilkes-Barre Riverfront Parks Committee, in cooperation with Wyoming Seminary's Performing Arts Institute, will present a live performance of the Dave Bixler Quintet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at the River Common Amphitheater, Northampton and River streets, Wilkes-Barre. The concert is part of the 2015 Summer Jazz on the River Common live performance series.
