A Larksville woman, who police allege spent upward of $12,000 on someone else's credit card dating back to January, was arrested after police issued a search warrant for her cellphone records. Tiffany Letteer, 32, was arraigned June 30 on charges of unauthorized use of a credit card, theft by deception, criminal use of a communication facility and identity theft.
