Juan Monche, 36, of 252 E. Grove St., was arraigned Friday on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a person under age 16, child endangerment, corruption of a minor, reckless endangerment, simple assault and two counts of indecent assault of a person under age 16. Court records show that the most serious charge Monche faced, aggravated indecent assault, was dismissed at a preliminary hearing on June 10 before Magisterial District Judge David Barilla. On Friday, Kingston police re-filed charges.
