8 displaced by Kingston apartment fire

The fire that started around 3 a.m. in a second floor residence of a three-story building at 52-54 S. Atherton Ave. sent a woman to the hospital for smoke inhalation, according to state police Fire Marshal Ron Jarocha. No one else was injured.
