A Shavertown woman charged with drunken driving after taking her son trick or treating on Halloween 2013 must surrender her driver's license for 18 months, then use an ignition interlock device in her vehicle for a year afterward, a Luzerne County judge ruled Wednesday. Erin McLaughlin, 37, will serve three years on the intermediate punishment program - with the first three months on house arrest, Luzerne County Judge Tina Polachek Gartley ruled.
