Dallas Rotary Club, in association with the Dallas Area Fall Fair Inc., will sponsor its third annual Wine and Dine Festival from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at the Luzerne County Fairgrounds, Route 118, Dallas. Tickets are $15 in advance and $25 at the door.
