A Wilkes-Barre police officer is asking a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit alleging he used excessive force against a Kingston man. Wilkes-Barre-based law firm Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald on April 13 filed the motion in federal court in Scranton on behalf of Officer Ken Jones.
