Kingston police have charged an Edwardsville resident with drug trafficking after they say they found him in possession of 95 bags of heroin during a traffic stop. Dwight Moses, 35, is charged with possession with the intent to deliver, drug possession, possessing drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
