A Kingston man accused of rummaging through houses in Freeland and Kingston, smashing car windows and stealing valuables in Wilkes-Barre was allowed to serve his sentence together with a federal sentence. Luzerne County Judge Fred Pierantoni III on Monday sentenced Jeffrey Townsley, 43, last known address as West Union Street, to three years, nine months to eight years, six months on charges of burglary, theft from a vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.
