CHARLOTTE L. JACOBSON / THE CITIZENS' VOICE Brothers Dustan and Cody Conniff were arraigned at Magisterial District Judge Martin Kane's office Wednesday morning on burglary charges. Two brothers previously charged with burglarizing a Kingston church were arraigned Wednesday on charges relating to two additional church burglaries.
